Show #8: Charlie’s Record Emporium

Posted in Shows by Ulysses on the December 7th, 2005

On December 7, 2005, I talk about Tesco’s newly announced musical sandwich and it’s surprisingly similarity to a product I developed in the 1950’s when I worked for Charlie’s Record Emporium, and about how that led into a stint creating propaganda for the American government during the Vietnam war, and how that led to my meeting Steve Jobs. Also, Howard Hughes is mentioned very briefly.

New Digs

Posted in Random by Ulysses on the November 8th, 2005

Thanks to Brian Hogg for setting me up with some webspace; despite the fact that he used off-the-shelf software and pre-existing graphical templates, he did a bang-up job.

This will be where I, Ulysses Columbo, will post my weekly podcast, “Ulysses Columbo, Man of Action,” where I talk about my week, and all of the things that happen to me. It’s considerably more interesting than it sounds.

Stay tuned!
